The esse 750 is designed as a two-man racer, but thanks to its ingenious design and particularly easy handling, it is just as much fun on its own. For all those who sometimes don't want to share beautiful things.
Single-handed sailing is possible - in all conditions - as there is no backstay and backstay and the gennaker is recovered by the recovery line system.
The hull and deck are manufactured as a carbon sandwich using the infusion process. The mast is also made of carbon and the modern sail plan includes a furling self-tacking jib, a square-top mainsail and a gennaker.
The Esse 750 weighs 960 kg including the 560 kg keel ballast and is being sold together with a Harbeck 1.5 T road trailer with a new MOT.
The 11 m high carbon rig is sailed as follows:
Mainsail 35 square meters, battened
Furling jib 12 sqm, self-tacking
Gennaker 65 sqm
Gennaker II 60 sqm (with new furling system)
The boat comes from first ownership. There are no known defects or previous damage.
All invoices for the maintenance history are available.
The underwater hull has been freshly renewed.
Overall, the Essé 750 is an excellent boat for ambitious sailors who value speed and precision, especially in regattas and sporting competitions.
