The Bavaria 37 Sport, built in 2008 and first launched in 2009, is a sporty yet comfortable motorboat that impresses with its versatility and extensive equipment. With a length of just under twelve meters, which increases to around thirteen meters thanks to the retrofitted hydraulic bathing platform, a width of 3.99 meters and a draught of just 0.90 meters, this boat offers generous space, a safe driving experience and excellent manoeuvrability.
The yacht is powered by two powerful Mercruiser V8 5.7 liter MPI 350 MAG engines with 300 hp each. Together, the 600 hp ensure sporty handling characteristics and superior performance. The engines are equipped with DTS Bravo III sterndrives and stainless steel DuoProp propellers, which ensure precise, powerful and yet safe handling. With around 860 operating hours, they are in a well-maintained, regularly serviced condition. For additional maneuverability, a Sidepower bow thruster with joystick is installed, which makes docking and maneuvering much easier.
The interior is designed for maximum comfort. Two cabins offer space for up to four people, including a spacious owner's cabin in the bow with a double bed and high-quality cold foam mattress and a flexible aft cabin that can be used with either two single beds or a double bed. An electric toilet, a shower below deck and an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water offer maximum comfort even during longer stays on board. The headroom of two meters also creates a pleasant feeling of space.
The galley is fully equipped with an electric two-burner hob, a double sink, two fridges with ice compartment and a microwave. A Webasto diesel heater, a hot water system with a 20-liter boiler, numerous 230-volt and USB connections, an inverter and a shore power connection also ensure that life on board is comfortable. The entertainment system includes a modern radio with cockpit loudspeakers, two flat screens as well as satellite and DVB-T antenna, providing entertainment and comfort on all cruises.
The Bavaria also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of technology. In addition to radar, chart plotter, depth sounder, GPS, AIS, VHF radio, compass and NMEA network, it is equipped with an on-board computer and an electric anchor winch with stainless steel chain and remote control. Safety is ensured by a fire extinguishing system in the engine compartment, portable fire extinguishers and electric bilge pumps.
A particular highlight is the retrofitted hydraulic bathing platform, which can be lowered by remote control. This high-quality conversion, in which around 20,000 euros were invested, is ideal for the use of jet skis or dinghies and further enhances the boat. Together with the all-round teak decks, the cockpit, the upper deck and the extended platform, the Bavaria has an elegant appearance and an exclusive look.
Extensive work was carried out in 2024 and 2025. This included a new coat of antifouling on the underwater hull, the replacement of all magnesium anodes, extensive service work on the engines and drives and a complete polish. In 2024, a new tarpaulin with sun protection and a new sun lounger were also installed. In 2025, the entire boat was again thoroughly maintained.
The Bavaria 37 Sport is a real carefree package: perfectly maintained, technically up to date and equipped with numerous extras. It combines sporty performance with generous living comfort and exclusive equipment details. This makes it equally suitable for relaxed days on inland waterways and longer trips along the coast. This boat is ready for immediate use and promises unforgettable moments and pure pleasure on the water.
