AMS 675 - Hamburg tucker boat incl. trailer

The tucker boat originally came from the port of Hamburg. They were the small workhorses of the waterways - used by mooring men, boatmen and shipyard workers. They transported crews, tools or provisions and served as small tugs.

The name "tucker boat" comes from the typical, cozy "chugging" of the diesel engine, which hums along at a leisurely pace when idling. This sound is still the trademark of such boats today.

The AMS 675 takes this classic, robust design and combines it with modern materials, comfort and safety. Teak, stainless steel fittings, a self-draining cockpit and CE - C for coastal waters - the AMS 675 is the perfect companion for relaxed excursions on rivers, lakes and near the coast, the platform for fishing trips or simply your favorite place to slow down.

The AMS 675 "Kleiner Michel" is a custom-built tucker boat. The 3-piece tarpaulin, which can be pulled over the entire boat, also makes it possible to stay on the AMS 675 for longer periods. The Eberspächer auxiliary heater provides cozy warmth even in cool weather and the integrated windows allow plenty of light under the tarpaulin.

The "Little Michel" is in perfect technical and visual condition. All work has always been carried out by specialist workshops and is fully traceable.

Particularly noteworthy is the possibility of berthing in the traditional port of Sandtorkai in the heart of Hamburg's harbor city and not far from the Landungsbrücken and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. Due to the exact replica of a Hamburg tugboat, this AMS 675 is subject to an exception to be allowed to moor in the open-air museum in Hamburg's Speicherstadt.
