This houseboat offers plenty of space to relax by and on the water.
If desired, the berth can be included in the sale. The location of the berth is considered prime.
The price for the mooring spot will be quoted only during a personal conversation on site at the houseboat.
Thanks to the solar panel system installed on the roof, the houseboat can be considered self-sufficient.
The V-shaped pontoons are made of thick steel and feature multiple chambers, making them particularly sturdy and „unsinkable.“ The boat is self-sufficient thanks to a water filtration system and a solar power system with a battery. There is a sink, shower, and composting toilet in a separate bathroom. Hot water is provided for the shower and kitchen sink; the kitchen features a refrigerator and a modern portable electric stove (Zeran). There is also an outdoor grill, two anchors, and a swim ladder. The helm is inside; there are large exterior mirrors, and thanks to a fold-out double bed sofa and a wall bed, the boat offers sleeping space for three people. In addition, there are several small pieces of furniture and other furnishings.
Since it is equipped with a 15-PS Parsun outboard motor, the boat does not require a driver's license to operate and is sufficiently powered for its size.
The toilet and shower are spacious, so there's plenty of room to move around.
Since the owner is not on site, all viewings are arranged exclusively by Yacht & Boot. The handover will, of course, take place on the water and include a test sail.
