The stuffing box including shaft and propeller were completely replaced in 2013
A marinized Ford diesel engine 60 hp has been once for inspection in 2017 with renewal of the timing belt, installation of a more powerful alternator with 60 A charging capacity and completely overhauled in 2021
The ship got a new set of sails (beige) in 2017, approx. 105m² total sail area, a second older replacement set (white) is also still on board.
The navigation equipment including autopilot and hydraulics have been modernized to Garmin NMEA 2000 system (2 plotters GPSMap 527xs and GPSMap720 for radar GMR 18, radio, log, plumb bob, wind magnifier (3x GMI 10), autopilot GHP 12 and GHC 10, AIS receiver, DVB T reception).
The electrics have been brought up to scratch with a Philippi charger, battery bank distributor, fuse system, 2 battery banks with 2x 125 Ah each for consumers and for bow thruster and 1x 125 Ah as starter battery
A top-loading refrigerator was installed
A boiler for water heating was retrofitted, operated once via 230 V with shore power and once with waste heat from the engine
A Webasto evo 3900 diesel heater is installed in the ship
The ship has a keel tank with approx. 360 liters of diesel and a day tank of 110 liters
The water tank had to be replaced and unfortunately became significantly smaller due to the installation situation and now only has approx. 180 liters of fresh water
The bronze anchor winch can still be operated manually with 30 m of 8 mm chain

The shrouds have now all been renewed, including both headsail furling systems.
The ship is completely repainted in 2022.
The jib boom was completely renewed in 2019.
The underwater area is rebuilt with 2K materials after sandblasting
Various minor repairs have been completed and a lot of lines and accessories are on board.
4 life jackets are on board incl. lifeline, a Cobb gas grill still unused. A 2-burner gas stove completes the whole thing as well as an outdoor shower in the cockpit area.
Some minor repairs are still pending in the paint area on the outside of the deck and in the floor area below deck (due to the water tank repair) and on the cake stand tarpaulin.
In 2020, the foresails were retrofitted with sun protection tarpaulins.
The ship is ready to sail, is moored in Ueckermünde and is being sold with pots and pans (negotiation basis € 52500.00).
Addition to the 2023/2024 winter storage. The charger had to be replaced with a Phillippi successor model, and the two consumer batteries (2x 125 Ah) were replaced with new ones at the same time. The antifouling paint was updated, the spifall replaced and the diesel filters replaced
