1.10 m or 2.10 m draught - you decide where you sail. The Stichnoth STIC 36 with lifting keel opens up areas that are normally inaccessible to yachts of this size. Shallow water, dry traps or open sea - the operating profile adapts to your route, not the other way around.
The construction is built to last: built by a professional shipbuilder at the Vulkan shipyard in Bremen according to plans by Horst Stichnoth. Shipbuilding steel in the hull, aluminum for deck and superstructure, galvanically separated. The shaft, rudder and keel are solidly dimensioned and filled with oil to prevent rust - a construction method designed for use, not for standing time in port.
The 2024 refit brings the substance up to date: deck and superstructure newly primed and painted, cockpit wood treated several times, underwater hull freshly built up. The Beta Marine Diesel (built in 2018) with approx. 217 hours runs reliably, battery packs were renewed in 2021, the Raymarine autopilot (EV200) dates from 2020. A current certificate and complete receipts are available.
The boat is suitably prepared for longer trips: 500 liters of diesel in three tanks, Dickinson diesel stove without power requirement and bow thruster for precise maneuvering in the harbor.
In short: a robustly built sailing yacht with a variable draught, a complete refit and a clear focus on long-distance cruising - for buyers who do not want to restrict their cruising area.
