The Crowntrawl 830 "Queen Mary III" is a one-off from a classic Dutch shipyard (De Koning-Keyz, 1985) and is in absolutely top condition following a comprehensive refit in 2022 and with new tarpaulins from 2024. This boat is not only technically flawless, but also an absolute feast for the eyes that immediately catches the eye on the water.
The paintwork on the wood and steel hull has been painstakingly maintained over the years and today looks almost as good as new. Added to this is the owner's extraordinary care: the engine has been serviced after every trip, which is impressive proof of its reliability and longevity.
With a length of 9.00 m, a width of 2.85 m and a draught of 1.20 m, the "Queen Mary III" offers a generous feeling of space. The red steel displacement hull ensures maritime elegance and stability. A particular highlight is the excellent maneuverability - even without a bow thruster, the boat can be steered easily and safely.
The "Queen Mary III" is powered by a robust Vetus 4-cylinder diesel inboard engine (52 hp, displacement 1,758 cc, built in 1985) with shaft drive and 3-blade propeller. With only approx. 2 l/h at 8 km/h cruising speed, the engine impresses with its economy and reliability. The dual-circuit cooling system ensures safe operation even on longer trips.
The "Queen Mary III" has two helm stations (inside & flybridge) with hydraulic steering and extensive navigation electronics: GPS, chart plotter, compass, echo sounder, VHF radios, rev counter, position lights.
A comfortable interior awaits you below deck: 1 cabin with 4 berths, galley with sink, gas hob, refrigerator and a manual WC. With a headroom of 1.90 m, diesel heating and a Weber gas barbecue with two gas bottles, this boat is also perfect for longer stays.
The outside deck is practically equipped to a high standard: Bathing platform, bathing ladder, sea railing, cockpit table, fender baskets and an electric anchor winch with plowshare anchor. All tarpaulins were newly manufactured in 2024 (harbor, winter, full and flybridge tarpaulins, bimini, camper top, window covers).
The technology is also state of the art: three lithium-ion batteries (280 Ah each), solar panel, charger, shore connection, 12 V connections, pressurized water system and bilge pump with alarm. Safety is ensured by a fire extinguishing system, fire extinguisher, lifebuoys, life jackets, fog horn, distress signal and gas detector.
The Crowntrawl 830 "Queen Mary III" combines classic Dutch craftsmanship with comprehensive care, modern technology and timeless elegance. A boat for connoisseurs looking for a unique collector's item in excellent condition. https://yachtundboot.de/a/10270/
