23 meters of steel instead of 70 square meters of living space - this ship is not a leisure object, but a living space on the water.
The former building hut ship was completely redesigned and flooded for the first time in 2023. The result is a year-round habitable houseboat with character, substance and a clear advantage: you are not tied to traditional residential structures.
The heating concept makes all the difference: pellet system, kitchen witch in the living/dining area and a Bullerjan in the conservatory ensure stable heat even at low temperatures. The system can be powered by batteries - in combination with 3,000 liters of fresh water and waste water tanks, this means self-sufficient living without permanent dependence on external infrastructure.
The outdoor area significantly extends the living space: two terraces and a hot tub with a wood-burning stove create a quality of living that traditional apartments do not offer. Inside, a conscious decision was made to use homely materials - laminate wall panels, real wood in the bedroom and red cedar shingles create a warm, clear atmosphere.
Important: This boat is not motorized and is designed for a fixed berth. This makes it a stable, low-maintenance living solution. A transfer to the desired location can be organized.
In short: a solution for anyone who wants to rethink living - independent, spacious and with a direct connection to the water.
