This Neptunus 131 Fly (built in 1978) is aimed at buyers who recognize substance and set priorities correctly: The two Volvo Penta engines were overhauled in the winter of 2024 in a Dutch specialist shipyard for around €9,000 - with invoice. With approx. 2,450 operating hours, this means that the greatest technical risk has been addressed.
The rest is honestly named: The overall condition is neat, but not immaculate. There are minor open points, some of which are already being worked on. However, you are not buying an over-restored offer with a surcharge, but a boat with a clearly calculable starting position.
The basis is right: Neptunus has stood for solid GRP constructions from the Netherlands since 1967. The semi-glider runs at speeds of up to 23 knots and can be moved at a relaxed 10 knots. 500 liters of diesel and 450 liters of fresh water allow even longer trips without a constant supply.
On board, the 131 Fly offers exactly what makes this class attractive: three cabins, four berths, two WCs, a shower and 1.95 m headroom. The 8 kW Eberspächer heating system extends the usability well beyond the season.
There is also substance in the details: full-length teak deck, solid aft deck table, spacious forecastle boxes and tarpaulin, port and winter cover from 2022 in very good condition. Both helm stations (inside and fly) are equipped with VHF, a 7 kW inverter and two consumer batteries ensure the on-board power supply.
In short: a technically solid boat for buyers who value substance over perfection and appreciate a clear, comprehensible starting position.
