The Saga 27 is not a boat that you buy because nothing else is available. In 2005, the readers of the Norwegian trade magazine Båtliv voted this spitsgatter the „motorboat of all time” - a cult status based on real sailing characteristics: robust GRP hull, smooth displacement sailing, reliable diesel drive, sleeping space for five people. The condition is the result of continuous maintenance: the entire deck has been professionally rebuilt - sanded, primed and painted with Epifanes system. The Perkins P4-107 with 52 hp was last serviced in 2025. No short-term measures, but continuous maintenance over the years.
The boat is also well equipped technically: Bow thruster for relaxed maneuvering, wind generator and solar panel for additional energy, chart plotter and self-steering system for longer distances. A Webasto Air Top diesel heater is prepared and can be added as an option.
