You enter the roof terrace not via a ladder, but via a fixed staircase - and thus gain a fully-fledged second living area on the water. Whether sunset, breakfast or guests: the space functions like a box seat, not an additional feature.
The 10-meter hull made of seawater-resistant aluminum is the strategic choice for this boat. No rust, no weathering, no antifouling - significantly less maintenance and predictable costs over the years. Anyone who not only wants to use a houseboat, but also wants to operate it in an economically sensible way, can hardly avoid this material.
Inside, the Samui 10.0 is designed for real use: Kitchenette with hob and fridge, pull-out couch, TV and a full wet room with shower and electric WC. Three fixed sleeping berths (double bed + bunk bed) allow for stays with family or friends - not just short trips, but several days or weeks.
With 1,000 liters of fresh water, shore power connection and generator, you remain flexible - in the harbour or self-sufficient in the bay. The boat not only works when moored, but also independently.
Delivery will be made directly to Berlin in 2026. Alternatively, the houseboat can be individually configured according to your wishes (delivery time approx. 8 months).
