This is exactly what the Rinker 246 Captiva CC was built for. While many day cruisers of this size end after sunset, this boat has something that significantly extends the scope of use: a real cuddy cabin with two berths and toilet. No emergency space below deck, but the opportunity to spontaneously turn a day trip into a weekend on the water.
The MerCruiser 350 MAG V8 with 300 hp provides the right characteristics: powerful acceleration, superior planing and sufficient reserves even with several people on board. The Bravo 3 DuoProp drive with counter-rotating propellers also makes the boat much more controllable when maneuvering - a noticeable difference compared to simple single-propeller systems, especially when backing into port. The fact that a Sidepower bow thruster has also been installed is anything but a matter of course in this class and significantly reduces stress when mooring.
610 operating hours are spread over around 15 years of use - a comprehensibly moderate value. The last engine maintenance was carried out in 2025. After the 2024 season, the gelcoat was professionally refurbished and polished, and a new underwater coating was added in 2025. The boat presents itself technically and visually without any open need for investment.
The equipment includes Raymarine A57D chartplotter, electric anchor winch, trim tabs with display and a complete tarpaulin package for different weather conditions. The Ohlmeier 3.5-ton trailer with TÜV until October 2027 is included in the offer - maximum freedom of movement instead of being tied to a mooring.
